Do you have a tenant moving into your property or already have one moved in? As a landlord or managing agent please complete this form to enable Welcome Energy to bill directly to your tenants for any utilities we issue for your property.

Please be aware that as the Leaseholder of the property you will remain responsible and liable for all utility charges, even when the property is tenanted to a third party.

If you are employing a Lettings or Management company to manage your property, Welcome Energy will need your written permission to liaise with them before we can disclose any details of your account to anyone other than yourself.

You will need to inform Welcome Energy when a tenant is leaving a property in order that we can produce a final statement. We would strongly advise that you contact Welcome Energy before returning any tenants deposit to confirm the account has been settled.
Any unsettled accounts will be passed back to the Leaseholder should payment no be received in a timely fashion.

Welcome Energy does not charge for this service however we do reserve the right to refuse to offer this service at any time.
