Credit billing customers have many payment options available.

Register for online billing

Welcome Energy encourage users to register for online billing. Our online billing platform allows users to view their bills, make card payments, update their contact details and view any correspondence letters at any time. Registering for online billing also saves the environment, bills will be issued online directly to a user’s account with an email notification also sent.

Single Payment

Single Payment

If you wish to stay with paper billing you can also make an online payment via our guest payment system, simply follow the link, selecting Credit Billing as the service and complete the details requested. You will need your 19-digit PayPoint barcode number from your bill along with your payment card details.

Telephone

Payments can also be made over the telephone at any time by calling  0203 744 9518  and selecting option 1. You will need your 19-digit PayPoint barcode number from your bill along with your payment card details.
